the product arrived in good conidition a month later. i had such a hard time ordering this item, that it will be awhile before i order anything else from amazon. what i had to bear was not right at all. but, thank you for your service in the past

the book i received was in acceptable condition but all the practice pages were completed in ink and i was not notified of this condition of the book. other than that i am satisfied with my purchase.
