]]> I would like to become a real estate agent and sell property to my parents. They are on their way out towards retirement and are thinking of getting back into real estate rehabbing business. They would be doing business and buying property under their current business liscense, in which I am also a part owner. As a real estate agent, would it be a conflict of interest for me to sell houses that I would somewhat also take part in purchasing? Thanks!
